Nagla earrings are traditional ornaments worn in the Ajmer region by Rawat and Gujar women. Originally designed as hollow forms, they were used to carry scented cotton, releasing fragrance through the day.
This piece translates that structure into a necklace, maintaining its function and construction, while shifting its form. It is not a reproduction, but an authentic continuation, made using the same techniques by local artisans.
